Your Tasks

  • End-to-end ownership of customer projects and product implementations, from planning through successful delivery and acceptance

  • Management of project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risks using established project management methodologies

  • Ensuring structured project execution, including effective change request management

  • Proactive stakeholder management and communication with customers, partners, and internal teams at all levels

  • Facilitating workshops, presenting solutions, and guiding decision-making processes

  • Developing and implementing sustainable solutions to project-related challenges

  • Selecting, onboarding, managing, and developing implementation partners

  • Supporting the sales organization with RFPs, proposals, effort estimations, and contract negotiations in collaboration with relevant stakeholders

Your Profile

  • Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Systems, or a related field

  • Several years of experience leading customer-facing software implementation projects (ideally 5-10 years)

  • Proven experience with software implementations and project management methodologies in both agile and traditional environments

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

  • Demonstrated ownership mentality and the ability to make decisions independently

  • Passion for modern software solutions and digital transformation

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills

  • Fluent in Italian and English, both written and spoken
