Stellenanforderungen

Your tasks

  • Creating and maintaining KPI reports based on measurements defined in company SOPs

  • Managing the recurring creation and distribution of invoices for our SaaS services

  • Collaborating with Sales and Legal to maintain and continuously improve contract templates for our customer projects

  • Supporting the preparation, administration and tracking of customer contracts

  • Assisting in the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)

  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external audits

  • Maintaining operational documentation and ensure records are complete and up to date

  • Identifying opportunities to improve administrative and operational processes.

Your profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field (or apprenticeship in a related field)

  • 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, quality, or commercial support

  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail

  • Experience with document management and business process documentation

  • Experience with contract administration and invoicing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (especially Excel) and modern business software

  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 13485, GxP, or similar) is an advantage.
